Description
A leading private orthopedicand neurosurgical practice in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a fellowship-trained
Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in total joint
procedures, particularly the anterior hip approach, to join our expanding team.
Our multidisciplinary group specializes in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery,
and orthopedic spine care, serving a growing patient base with the highest
level of musculoskeletal care.
*Position Highlights:*
* High Demand for Anterior
Hip: Join a well-established and respected practice with immediate demand for
anterior hip replacements. No current surgeons in the group are performing this
approach, providing a unique opportunity to build a high-volume practice
quickly.
* Collaborative Environment:
Work alongside a team of board-certified orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons,
spine specialists, and experienced advanced practice providers in a collegial,
patient-centered setting.
* Compensation: First-year
guaranteed salary based on MGMA benchmarks, transitioning to a direct
billing/physician fee model with potential to earn $1M+ annually.

Potential for investment in the clinic, local physician-owned surgical
hospital, and associated real estate assets.

*Requirements:*
* Medical Degree (MD or DO)
from an accredited institution
* Completion of an accredited
orthopedic surgery residency
* Completion of a fellowship
in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Surgery
* Proficiency in the anterior
approach to hip replacement
* Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
* Eligible for a Nebraska
medical license
* Strong interpersonal,
communication, and clinical skills
* Team-oriented with a
commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
