The Retina Institute of Florida is seeking a highly skilled, efficient Cataract Surgeon and Ophthalmologist to join our well established, multi-location ophthalmology practice.  This is a unique high-opportunity position offering immediate surgical volume, operational support, and a clear pathway to partnership and future practice ownership. Our practice is built on strong retina referral base, creating a consistent and growing pipeline of cataract patients ready for surgery. 

Requirements

Perform high-quality cataract surgery , evaluate and manage cataract patients pre- and post-operatively, maintain and grow high-volume cataract surgery schedule, collaborate with retina and clinical teams, maintain excellent surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
