OPEN POSITION: Physician - Orthopedic Surgeon SCHEDULE: - Full-Time - Some Flexibility Offered COMPENSATION: - $450,000 to $750,000 Annual Income - Base Salary Bonus Model - Malpractice Insurance - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - CME Provisions - 401k w/ Match - W2 and 1099 Options - Full Package Negotiable LOCATIONS: - Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas - up to 80% travel required - additional offices in California, Arkansas, and Arizona COMPANY PROFILE: This private practice employs a team of orthopedic specialists who are dedicated to serving patients in multiple offices in Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, and California. They offer a wide range of services for a full scope of orthopedic conditions, with providers trained in neck and spine, hand and wrist, arm and elbow, shoulder, hip, leg, knee, and ankle and foot. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The new surgeon will see patients in established offices and surgery centers in Texas, California, Arizona, and Arkansas. The DFW area will be the physician’s home base and up to 80% travel (fully paid) is required. The practice will work with the new surgeon to determine a mutually-agreeable schedule. Typical duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - perform surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries and related symptoms - consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment - order and interpret diagnostic tests - obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis - provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients - evaluate patients’ conditions and progress as necessary Surgeons are fully supported by dedicated clinical assistants and administrative staff in all settings.
