Description
Northwest Healthcare is the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona, is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team at Oro Valley Hospital in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona, just 10 minutes north of Tucson.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Full-time, hospital employed position (no locums or part-time)
- General orthopedics with some total joints
- Access to MAKO
- High volume, quick ramp-up
- A full range of specialized services, including joint replacement, sports medicine, and advanced diagnostic testing

- Shared call with an experienced team
- Office space available and fully equipped
- Work in a supportive environment with access to over 100 referring PCPs and specialists
- Robust onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
- Strong clinical and administrative support with experienced APC staff
- Dedicated medical assistant from day one, with additional staff added to your team as volume grows
- Open to new graduates or experienced surgeons
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
- J1 visa support is NOT available at this location
