Description
This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a Primary Care physician to join their collaborative group. This position offers strong compensation with excellent benefits, a flexible, 4-day work week, and dedicated support staff. • Practice full scope Family Medicine (no OB) and provide care to a diverse patient population.
• IM physicians encouraged to apply and work with an aging population.
• 4-day work week with just 32 clinical hours allows for a great work/life balance.
• 30-minute appointment lengths provide time to build relationships with your patients.
• Limited 1:8 call with additional pay.
• Visa support provided.
Compensation Details:
• On-going, guaranteed base salary up to $350,000 depending on experience.
• Additional call pay with wRVU compensation brings total earning potential to $400K+.
• 6+ weeks of PTO plus 40+ hours of CME w/ $4,000 stipend.
• Comprehensive benefits including innovative retirement plan, health, dental, and vision coverage.
• Recruiting incentives with student loan repayment up to $30,000/year, signing bonus, retention bonus and more.
• Malpractice insurance with tail provided.
