Glaucoma / Cataracts Surgeon Needed for Private Ophthalmology Group serving the Kansas City, MO and surrounding area. Partnership and Work/Life Balance Plus a Phenomenal Surgery Center Onsite! This is a high surgical volume position with Partnership.
The incoming doctor will replace an outgoing surgeon. You’ll inherit this doctor’s clinic and surgical volume, performing as many as 1,300 cataract cases annually.
This is a wonderful opportunity in a fantastic location in a beautiful city. You’ll practice in an upscale area in one of the Midwest’s most loved large cities. This is a fun, growing city with an area population of 2+ million. Our city is home to wonderful universities, great primary and secondary schools, professional sports teams (NFL, MLB, MLS), concerts, great arts and music festivals and lots of green spaces!
We have 10 doctors and an exceptional team of administrative and support staff in a progressive multi-specialty group practice. Each of our ophthalmologists is fellowship trained; Cornea, Refractive, Glaucoma and Oculo-Plastics and all of our ODs are residency trained. Our organization has a phenomenal, loyal OD referral network and we continue to grow and expand. We are now searching for a talented GLAUCOMA SURGEON for existing needs and future patient growth. You, as the incoming ophthalmologist, will be busy immediately with a very solid book of patients.

You will love our work environment here. The main location includes a research center, a LASIK suite and a spacious 6,000 square feet, 2 OR ASC.
This opportunity is best suited to a surgeon who has a collaborative, entrepreneurial and collegial spirit. A desire for excellence in clinical and surgical outcomes is essential. The right fit will necessitate a mix of sub-specialty work and cataract surgeries. Excellent support staff and scribes will help you to be productive and efficient.
The compensation package includes a very attractive guaranteed base salary, a wonderful productivity bonus structure and great benefits. Long-term physician matches will have the opportunity for partnership in the practice and ASC.
