Turkey Creek Medical Center, part of Tennova Healthcare, a five-hospital network based in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a BE/BC, experienced Neurosurgeon to join a well-respected, high-volume practice in East Tennessee.This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving neurosurgical practice with strong institutional support, a broad case mix, and an exceptional quality of life in one of Tennessee's fastest-growing communities.
Opportunity Highlights
- Busy, established neurosurgery practice
- Broad neurosurgical case mix
- Inpatient consults, surgical interventions, and outpatient clinic visits
- Neurosurgery call coverage with APP support
- Call Coverage: 10 days a month
- Practice across:
- Orthopedic clinic and multispecialty clinic collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $825,000 - $875,000 (based on experience)
- Compensation aligned with MGMA guidelines
- WRVU-based incentive bonus
- Commencement/Signing Bonus
- Medical Education Debt Assistance
- Relocation Assistance
- CME allowance, licensure, dues, and subscriptions
