Opportunity Overview
A busy, established neurosurgical private practice in San Diego, California is seeking a fellowship-trained, endovascular neurosurgeon to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a high-volume practice in one of the most desirable cities in the country, with the infrastructure and referral base of San Diego's largest health system behind you.

Position Highlights
      Affiliation with Sharp HealthCare — San Diego's largest health system spanning 5 hospitals

      Independent contractor structure offering autonomy and flexibility

      Shared call across an established team

      Competitive guaranteed compensation: $550,000 – $750,000

      Start date: Fall 2026

Qualifications
      MD degree from an accredited institution

      Board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery

      Fellowship training in endovascular neurosurgery required

      Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California

      Minimum of 3 strong letters of recommendation (including program director and/or department chair)
