Rochester Eye and Laser Center is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cataract and Anterior Segment surgeon to take over a busy Rochester practice established in 1998. Located in the Cultural/Arts East End of Rochester, this practice is a recently renovated gem with a history of the present owner for 32 years. Diagnostic and therapeutic equipment includes Argos, BScan/AScan, Humphrey visual field machine, OCT, Atlas, Pentacam, Lipiview, Meibomian gland analyzer, Cell check specular microscope, HD analyzer, slit lamp camera, YAG, SLT, FS500 and IFS lasers. The Optical is extraordinary with 1,000 frames showing.

Candidates must be eager to perform high quality surgery of a General Ophthalmologist.

The present owner is involved with refractive cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery and corneal/external surgery. 40% of our cataract patients choose an advanced technology lens. We have a separate Lasik suite equipped with advanced technology. The candidate would have the option of performing Lasik surgery if desired.
