Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Create and manage marketing collaterals to support product positioning and sales efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance to build marketing strategies.
• Formulate annual operational and strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to support business development and execution.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, or
• Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of integrity and business ethics.
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and long-term career development.
• Proficiency in English for both written and verbal business communication, and in Japanese as native level.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cardiac surgery and related clinical environments.
• Prior marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
