Mississippi Retina Associates, a well-established retina only group, is seeking a board certified/board eligible Retina Specialist, due to substantial growth.

For over 30 years, Mississippi Retina Associates has been the premier retina practice in Mississippi, and its mission has been to provide the highest quality, specialized care to its patients. With its core location in beautiful Madison, and 8 additional locations serving a significant portion of the state, Mississippi Retina Associates prides itself on having the most advanced diagnostic equipment and treatment facilities in the region.

Our physicians are not only leaders in their field but are also actively involved with clinical trials evaluating new therapies. We have a state-of-the art research facility on site in Madison, as well as our own surgery center, for the convenience of our patients. New physicians joining our practice can expect to be 100% supported on day one with premier staff and practice leadership, so they can make an immediate impact on their patients and community.

· Highly competitive compensation and expedited partnership track with no buy in or loans to pay, lucrative pre-partner bonus incentive in third year, and profit interests granted on day one of employment

· Generous sign on and bonus incentive up to $300k for full time experienced surgeons and relocation assistance; prorated sign on bonus for part time

· 4.5 day work week

· Light call
