California Retina Consultants, a busy, well-established retina only group, is seeking a board eligible/board certified Retina Specialist for its Bakersfield location.
Since 1969, California Retina Consultants has emerged as a world-class specialty practice serving as a center of excellence for medical and surgical vitreoretinal care, with 12 locations spanning from the Central Coast to inland communities. We also have affiliations with UC Santa Barbara Neuroscience Center, the Diabetes Collaborative Research Consortium, and Eye Disorder Consortium.
California Retina Consultants is a leader in clinical trial research through a fellowship program with the California Retina Research Foundation (CRRF), and our physicians have played a substantial role in groundbreaking national and international clinical trials, including those for wet AMD and diabetic retinopathy.

- Highly competitive compensation of $400K-600K+ in years 1-3 with rapid partner track with no buy-in or loans to pay. Current average partner salary is in excess of $1 million annually; further details to be shared during interview process.
