We are seeking a skilled Retina Surgeon to become part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing advanced eye care services. Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of five physicians and three optometrists.
• Work in a modern facility with access to advanced diagnostic tools.
• Participate in optional clinical research through the Southwest Retinal Research Center.

Schedule

• A four-day workweek with two days in Durango and one at a satellite location.
• One dedicated surgery day per week.
• Shared call responsibilities on a 1:6 rotation, phone-based with no hospital rounds.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $500,000 - $600,000.
• Incentive model with 35% of net collections over threshold.
• Two-year partnership track with ownership opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Experience in vitreoretinal surgery preferred.
• Eligible for licensure in both Colorado and New Mexico.
