We are seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join our thriving private practice and become part of one of the top-rated and fastest-growing eye teams in the region. This is a rare opportunity to enter a high-demand market with a built-in referral network serving a population of over 900,000 throughout Horry County, Georgetown County, and the surrounding areas of northeastern South Carolina and southeastern North Carolina, with a clear path to partnership.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with flexible clinic and surgical time
  • 1:8 call rotation, with rare on-call requirements
  • Optional hospital call available with supplemental pay

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary during a 2-year agreement, with a net collections bonus model
• Signing bonus and relocation assistance are provided
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life insurance
• Paid time off (PTO) and a CME allowance included
• Also have opportunities to add an Oculoplastic and Cornea specialist to the team
