We're looking for someone who can operate at a high level across clinical, academic, administrative, and operational domains. This is a great opportunity for professional and leadership growth for the right candidate. *Key Attributes and Responsibilities* * Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven surgical and clinical care with a commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice * Serve as a clinical leader and supportive mentor to the division, contributing to program development, education, and advancement of trainees and colleagues * Demonstrate a strong understanding of academic medicine, medical education, and interdisciplinary collaboration * Act as a strategic partner and collaborator with physicians, administrators, and staff to achieve program growth, operational efficiency, and team performance * Lead or contribute to quality initiatives, program expansion, and service line development * Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to build and sustain high-functioning teams and collaboration * Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine Candidates should have a history of leadership roles, whether formal or informal, and a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, improve processes, and elevate team performance.
