Join a stable and growing vascular practice in Appleton, Wisconsin. Fox Valley Surgical Specialists is multi-specialty surgical group, with 6 main specialties consisting of 16 MDs and 34 total clinicians. This is the only comprehensive vascular surgery practice north of Milwaukee and south of Green Bay.
Opportunity Highlights
- Independent practice closely aligned with local health systems. Strong relationships in place with systems and other independent practices (primary care, nephrology, podiatry, cardiology, etc.).
- Variety of procedures which include open surgery, endovascular (EVAR, TEVAR, fEVAR), dialysis access, limb salvage and in-clinic veins. Access to three hybrid operating rooms locally, along with efficient cath labs and operating rooms.
- Office based vascular ultrasound lab with 3 technicians.
- You will be supported by a dedicated vascular medical assistant and nursing team. Hospital based advanced practice clinicians (APCs) available to assist in surgery, consults, round on inpatients, and 2 dedicated vascular APCs provide consultative and follow up care in the clinic setting.
- Short path to practice partnership with the ability for income >90th percentile along with the ability to invest in practice real estate.
- Manageable 1:4 call rotation.
- You will benefit from a robust referral base within the local area and a loyal patient population, with a regional referral population of over 400,000 people.
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows.

Requirements
- Completion of a general surgery residency program and vascular surgery fellowship OR completion of an integrated vascular surgery program, board eligible or board certified.
- Collaborative team player.
