Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and board-eligible plastic surgeon, Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon, Cosmetic Surgeon to join our prestigious Aesthetic and Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship program. The program offers an immersive 9-12 months of one-on-one training within our bustling San Francisco practice, equipped with clinical research center and full medical spa featuring the latest aesthetic technologies. This unique fellowship combines hands-on experience with a comprehensive curriculum, providing fellows with an unparalleled opportunity to refine their skills in facial plastic and aesthetic procedures.

Experience and Training

- Participate in an intensive, patient-focused training experience in a wide range of facial plastic, aesthetic, rhinoplasty and  hair restoration  and many other facial and body aesthetic procedures(not breast or major body surgery) .

- Work closely with world renowned experts experienced mentors and experts to enhance surgical and non-surgical skills.

- Perform aesthetic consultations, develop treatment plans, and execute procedures under supervision.

- Gain proficiency in all cosmetic injections and various non-invasive and minimally invasive technologies including fractional laser resurfacing, IPL (photo facial), Radio Frequency Micro needling, bipolar RF skin tightening, Ultrasound technology, and more.

- Collaborate with the surgeon and medical spa team and learn to administer cosmetic injections and energy-based treatments.

- Training and certification in level 1-3 clinical research, become a sub-investigator or co- principal investigator, contributing to the advancement of aesthetic and facial plastic surgery.

- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.

Requirements

- Board-eligible plastic surgeon, head and neck surgeon, Cosmetic surgeon.

- Eligible for a California medical license.

- Completed or in the process of completing general surgery or a surgical residency.

- Strong passion for aesthetics and a desire to specialize in facial plastic surgery, rhinoplasty surgery and aesthetics

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to provide patient-centered care.

- Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional growth.
