Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Opportunity in Greenville, NC - Large Practice Close to The NC Coast
 
ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Neurosurgery and Spine Center, located in Greenville, North Carolina are seeking Physician Assistants and Acute Care Nurse Practitioners to join their growing practice. Inpatient and outpatient opportunities are available. New graduates will be considered. Experienced candidates are preferred.
  
Nationally recognized by Becker’s Healthcare as a top 100 program for neurosurgery, ECU Health’s Neuroscience Program uses a multidisciplinary approach to provide a range of services to include diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders. The hospital has specialty-trained staff in nursing, neurology, general neurosurgery, pediatric neurosurgery, vascular and endovascular neurosurgery, complex spine surgery, neuroradiology (including 24/7 in-house neuroradiology coverage), neuro-critical care, and neuro-oncology. ECU Health Medical Center, our 974-bed level 1 trauma center and Joint Commission-certified comprehensive stroke center, serves as the hub for advanced neurological care in Eastern North Carolina and is home to a 24-bed Neuroscience ICU unit.
 
ECU Health’s established clinical neuroscience team includes 10 neurosurgeons, including dual-trained cerebrovascular specialists and 20+ neurologists including an interventional neurologist, 4 vascular neurologists, 4 neurointensivists, and 13 subspecialty neurologists. Our neuroscience program is also heavily supported by 10 dedicated Neuro ICU APPs, 4 stroke APPs, 1 vascular APP, 10 Neurosurgical APPs, and 4 outpatient neurology APPs. The Neuroscience team takes great pride in their patient- and family-centered approach to care, which promotes optimization of patient outcomes.

-Applicants will be required to have BLS certification from The American Heart Association
