Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
Monday-Friday | typically between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Onsite position | St. Cloud MN | CentraCare Plaza
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay begins at $124,030.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Salary range: $124,030.40 - $186,430.40 per year
Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.

Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Master’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
Current RN license in the State of Minnesota required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of perioperative experience in an ambulatory surgery setting required.
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience required.
Demonstrated management skills including leadership, communication, team building, organization, goal setting, problem solving, and continuous quality improvement are essential.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) – current American Heart Association (AHA) healthcare provider card required.
