Requirements
-Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
-Completion of an accredited MD or DO program
-Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency and Cornea Fellowship
-Eligible for or active medical licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas
-Demonstrated surgical proficiency in cornea, cataract, and anterior segment procedures
-Interest or experience in refractive surgery and premium IOLs preferred
-Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
-Ability to build and maintain strong referral relationships
