Endovascular Vascular Surgeon – Outpatient ASC | Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time
Azura Vascular Care is seeking endovascularly trained vascular surgeons to join its growing national network of outpatient vascular centers. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a 100% ambulatory surgery center (ASC) setting, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
This position provides flexible engagement options, including full-time and part-time arrangements, allowing physicians to tailor their practice while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on improving dialysis access outcomes.
The surgeon will play a key role in supporting the full continuum of dialysis access care by performing surgical access creations and revisions, as well as collaborating with interventional specialists to optimize patient outcomes. This is an opportunity to work in a procedure-focused, outpatient environment with strong clinical and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform surgical creation and revision of dialysis access, including AV fistulas and grafts
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with ESRD, focusing on long-term vascular access success
- Collaborate with interventional radiologists and nephrologists on comprehensive patient care plans
- Support initiatives to reduce catheter dependence and improve dialysis outcomes
- Evaluate and consult on patients in an outpatient setting
- Participate in program development and practice growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure high standards of patient care and safety

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Completion of accredited vascular surgery training with endovascular expertise
- Active or eligible for state medical licensure in applicable markets
- DEA certification
Clinical Experience
Demonstrated experience in dialysis access surgery, including:
- Arteriovenous (AV) fistula creation
- AV graft placement
- Access revisions and maintenance procedures
- Strong understanding of ESRD patient management and vascular access planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an outpatient or ASC environment
- Familiarity with endovascular interventions related to dialysis access
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in practice growth and program development
- Willingness to support multiple locations or regional markets, as needed
