Opportunity Overview:
A busy, established neurosurgical private practice in San Diego, California is seeking a fellowship-trained, endovascular neurosurgeon to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a high-volume practice in one of the most desirable cities in the country, with the infrastructure and referral base of San Diego's largest health system behind you.
Position Highlights:
- Affiliation with Sharp HealthCare — San Diego's largest health system spanning 5 hospitals
- Independent contractor structure offering autonomy and flexibility
- Shared call across an established team
- Competitive guaranteed compensation: $550,000 – $750,000
- Start date: Fall 2026
Qualifications:
- MD degree from an accredited institution
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurological Surgery
- Fellowship training in endovascular neurosurgery required
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
- Minimum of 3 strong letters of recommendation (including program director and/or department chair)
