A well-established, physician-led orthopedic group across Central, Eastern, and Western Florida is seeking a Hand/Wrist Orthopedic Surgeon (no generalists) to join their high-performing team.
This group partners closely with a major hospital system, offering the best of both worlds: hospital resources and stability with private practice autonomy. You’ll bill through the hospital while being employed directly by the physician group.
Why This Opportunity Stands OutBase Salary: $400,000–$650,000 (based on experience, fellowship training, research background)
Earning Potential: Most surgeons earning $800,000–$1M+ within 2 years
Partnership Track: 1–2 years (dependent on experience and guarantee structure)
Buy-In: Low six-figure investment with strong ROI (typically recouped within 2 years) + profit distributions and retirement payout
RVU-Based Compensation + Call Pay
EMR: Epic
Full Clinical Support: Dedicated clinical assistant + in-clinic support team to assist with documentation, scheduling, patient follow-ups, and administrative workflow
Adult Reconstruction / Wrist/Hand
Access to established referral patterns and strong surgical volume
Collaborative environment with experienced orthopedic colleagues
MD or DO eligible for licensure in Florida
Board Certified (or Board Eligible if recently trained)
