Three Surgeon Plastic Surgery group looking to add fourth associate due to rapidly growing practice with increasing hospital and cosmetic patient demand.  

        Full Time Permanent Position immediately available

        Competitive base salary with clear and fair bonus structure paid monthly.  ALL partners have achieved SEVEN FIGURES take home pay within the first two years of joining.  Associates receive MONTHLY REPORTS for financial auditing of income and expenses

        Open to new graduates and all fellowship trained surgeons as senior partners routinely assist each other and provide mentorship

        Unique opportunity to have Academic type practice with the reimbursement and flexibility of a Private Practice

        Current partners routinely perform all aspects of Plastic Surgery including hand surgery, microsurgery, nerve transfers, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, limb salvage, general reconstruction, pediatric surgery, AND cosmetic surgery

        Partnership offered within 3 years commensurate with performance

        Choose your balance of Reconstruction versus Cosmetic Surgery as your Practice matures (all partners perform reconstructive and cosmetic procedures)

        Ideal candidate is interested in all aspects of Plastic Surgery and recognizes that compensation is commensurate with effort (hard work is lucratively rewarded). Must be charismatic, a good team player, and have a desire to develop your own practice

        Select from two fully staffed offices located in Phoenix and Scottsdale to suit your geographical preference, case types, and patient needs

        Access to three Surgery Centers with share opportunities available to build ancillary income streams
