Description
StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with 2 healthcare systems to assist them with the recruitment of some additional Cardiothoracic Surgeons to join their growing Cardiac service lines and teams. The needs we are recruiting for are located in Arizona, Florida, and Texas.
(1) Tucson, Arizona
a. Must have at least 3+ years of experience post-training
i. Will not consider a resident or fellow finishing in 2026 or 2027
b. Must be board eligible or board certified in Thoracic Surgery
c. Robotics is available at the hospital
d. Flexibility with your schedule
i. Approximately 3 – 4 days in the OR each week averaging about 5 – 7 surgeries per week
ii. Approximately 1 – 2 days in the clinic each week seeing an average of about 12 patients per clinic day
e. Shared call with call pay
f. Supportive and efficient clinical team
g. Competitive compensation with full benefits package
(2) Florida (Just north of Fort Lauderdale)
a. Must be board eligible or board certified in Thoracic Surgery
b. Wide variety of cases
c. Excellent Cardiac Service line support
d. Group of 3 surgeons growing to 4
e. Competitive compensation including production incentive
f. Comprehensive benefits package
g. Work out of 1 hospital that was recently recognized by Healthgrades to be in the top 10% for Cardiac Surgery across the Country
(3) Dallas, Texas
a. Must have at least 3+ years of experience post-training
i. Will not consider a resident or fellow finishing in 2026 or 2027
b. Must be board eligible or board certified in Thoracic Surgery
c. Group of 3 surgeons growing to 4 and eventually 5
d. Robotics is available at the hospital
e. Competitive compensation with total package ranging between $1 - $1.2 million
i. Base salary, RVU incentive, call pay, quality bonus
f. Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a full, comprehensive benefits package
g. Practice will be focused primarily on Cardiac cases
i. Thoracic cases can be a part of your practice if desired, but not required
h. Practice out of 1 hospital
